The new site is clean, crisp, very easy to navigate and uses many 'call to action' techniques to encourage customers to contact the company to discuss their requirements.
Using a combination of in-house Search Engine Optimisation techniques and strategically top placed adverts on major search engines, The companies websites now list highly on many major serach engines, dominating the south west of England, where its 12 shops are located.

A new website was also developed to show off their ever expanding portfolio of properties, and provide information on the properties available to rent.
The site is partly content managed, to allow the company owner / administrator to make amends to key pages that may change regularly.
As requested by the site sponsor, elements of Flash design have been incorporated into the site making it feel alive and offering the user some interactivity.

SWOOP is a regional partnership of agencies and organisations based at the University of Exeter that provides guidance, support and programmes to employers and individuals in regards to the employability of older people.
This site was developed to replace an existing tired site and to incorporate the organisations new branding.
The site needed to contain a wealth of information from the project which had been in place for a few years, but was winding down in 2008. The site is to remain in situ, and holds a vast amount of information as text documents, newsletters, video and audio clips.
Accessibility was a key design requirement for this project, including cross browser compatibility and text resizing options with the ability to automatically 'remember' and recall a viewers personalised settings.
April Media Productions developed and maintained the site for the client throughout its life span, ensuring updates were made timeously.

As a new company formed in 2007, they had no web presence, and required a site to incorporate branding that had previously been developed by an outside design company.
The site is fairly minimal and clean but very striking and easy to navigate.
The site has also had some Search Engine Optimisation applied which has helped it achieve excellent rankings for the required catchment area, generating much business for the company.

The development of a Fireworks Desensitisation Programme for pets was a fun challenge for us, incorporating many of April Media Productions services into a single project.
We recorded, edited and mastered a CD album in our pro recording studios. The CD contains a special programme of audio for pets to listen to, used in conjunction with a set of instructions carefully followed by the owner.
Design of the branding, CD (digipack) packaging, posters and stickers was developed and finally a website incorporating all the design with the ability to purchase order online.
Minimal SEO was applied to the website and it is ranking very highly for the relevant search terms.

Sharon Wallace is an author, poet and photographer. Much of Sharon's site deals with the sensitive issue of child abuse, and the clients brief for the site was to get her key messages to as many people as possible.
From a commercial perspective, the site also needed to promote her products available for visitors to purchase.
After much discussion with the client, in stark contract to her previous site, April media Productions developed a bright and welcoming site to get the visitor feeling positive, into which the more serious issues were carefully placed. A guest book and integration of an online petition are just some of the elements contained within the site. The site is continually being expanded as Sharon undertakes and produces more work.
